Movement has never been just exercise for me. It has always been a way of understanding the body more deeply and finding a sense of calm.

For more than 20 years, yoga has been a constant in my life, shaping the way I move, breathe and connect with myself. Later, through ballet, I became increasingly aware of the importance of alignment, stability, strength and control. Wanting to better understand and support my body, I discovered Reformer Pilates.

What began as a personal search for balance quickly became a new passion. Reformer Pilates taught me the importance of precision, posture and intelligent movement, while beautifully complementing the mindfulness I had cultivated through years of yoga practice.

Today, my teaching brings these influences together. Rooted in Classical Pilates and informed by a lifelong appreciation for mindful movement, my approach focuses on helping clients build strength, improve alignment and develop a deeper connection to their bodies and move through everyday life with greater comfort and ease.

My goal is to create a calm, welcoming space where movement feels personal rather than performative — a place to move well, feel stronger, and leave with a greater sense of balance and ease.
